Nnoitra Jiruga was a bloodthirsty, hot-headed, and overly long tongued scythe wielder in the anime Bleach. He was a member of the Espada, the top ten most powerful Arrancars in the series. Nnoitra was the 5th Espada, and his zanpakuto was called Santa Teresa. Nnoitra was a very cruel and sadistic person. He enjoyed fighting and killing, and he took great pleasure in the pain of others. He was also very arrogant and prideful, and he believed himself to be the strongest Espada. Nnoitra's backstory is a tragic one. He was born into a very poor family, and he was often bullied and abused. He eventually ran away from home, and he joined the Espada in order to find strength and power. Nnoitra's time with the Espada was not easy. He was constantly being challenged by the other Espada, and he was often forced to fight for his life.
